Voting No: None. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />The Planning Commission noted the following City Council minutes: <br /> <br />1) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated October 10, 1995. <br /> <br />2) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated October 24, 1995. <br /> <br />3) City Council regular meeting minutes dated November 14, 1995. <br /> <br />PUBLIC ItEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular Planning Commission meeting at 7:33 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public heatings: <br /> <br />1) Proposed Amendment to Chapter 9 of City Code Pertaining to Storage of Commercial Vehicles <br /> in Residential Districts <br /> <br />2) Proposed Amendment to Chapter 9 of City Code to Amend Platting Process <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting back to order at 8:02 p.m. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Appoint Chair and Vice-Chair for 1996 <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to appoint David <br />Bawden as Chairperson of the Planning Commission for 1996. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, LaDue, Deemer, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Terry to appoint Benjamin <br />Deemer as Vice-Chairperson of the Planning Commission for 1996. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request for Site Plan Approval; Case of Sharp & Associates <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Dennis Sharp and Associates is requesting site plan <br />approval to construct the second and final phase to Ramsey Business Park, the multi-tenant <br />office/warehouse on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park. The site plan proposes to <br />construct a 37,859 square foot addition, and the project meets City Code requirements for lot <br />coverage, setbacks, architectural standards, landscaping, design and number of off-street <br />customer/employee parking areas, and site lighting.
