Absent: Commissioner Thorud. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />The Planning Commission noted the following City Council minutes: <br /> <br />1) City Council regular meeting minutes dated December 12, 1995 (DRAFt). <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular Planning Commission meeting at 7:36 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1) Proposed Ordinance to Amend Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) of the Ramsey <br /> City Code Regarding Structure Setbacks from Thoroughfares <br /> <br />2) Proposed Ordinance to Amend Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) of the Ramsey <br /> City Code, Section 9.21 (Environmental Protection) and Section 9.23 (Scenic River) <br /> <br />3) Request for Preliminary Plat Approval of Fox Knoll 2nd Addition; Case of Residential <br /> Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting back to order at 7:39 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Preliminary Plat Approval of Fox Knoll 2nd Addition; <br /> Case of Residential Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Residential Development, Inc. is requesting preliminary <br />plat approval of Fox Knoll 2nd Addition, located in the southeast comer of Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard and 153rd Avenue. The plat consists of 46 single family urban lots to be served by <br />municipal water and sanitary sewer. All the lots appear to meet the minimum 80 foot lot width <br />requirement (90 foot on comers).
