Case tt9: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning News <br />This information was noted. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer distributed a letter which he drafted regarding "Construction Debris <br />Blowing in the Wind". He recommended that a letter similar to this be enclosed with <br />building permits, especially in the spring. Commissioner Holland stated that he was in <br />support of this. Mr. Jankowski stated that there are conversations on this subject every <br />spring. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that the expansion of the Rum River Plaza will occur in two phases if there <br />are no objections from the Planning Commission or City Council. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Holland to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Holland <br />Deemer, Jensen, Terry, and Thorud.
