Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular Planning Commission meeting at 7:48 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the following public heatings: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Export Soils; Case of Edson Investment <br />Family Limited Partnership <br /> <br />Proposed Ordinance to Amend Chapters 5 and 9 of Ramsey City Code Regarding <br />Parking and Storing Vehicles and Equipment in the Residential Districts <br /> <br />Proposed Ordinance to Amend Lighting Standards in the B-l, B-2, B-3, BW, and <br />Industrial Districts <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting back to order at 8:35 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case/41: T.H./t47 Corridor Study <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski stated that the T.H. #47 Corridor Study is a result of <br />complaints regarding the traffic and congestion. Mr. Jankowski stated that the <br />recommendation of the study is that there will be no new intersections along the existing core <br />from County Road/t116 to 167th Avenue. He also stated that some "T" intersections will <br />be changed to cross intersections. Mr. Jankowski stated that there was currently a signal at <br />County Road #116 and this study proposes that signals will be added as traffic increases at <br />County Road//5, 149th, 153rd, 167th, 164th, 160th, and 156th Avenues. He added that these <br />signals will be approximately one half mile apart with the exception of 142nd Avenue which <br /> <br />Planning Commission/June 4, 1996 <br /> Page 2 of 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
