Commissioner Deemer stated that this person created the drainage problem by removing dirt fi.om his <br />yard. Ms. Frolik stated a building official has talked to the DNR and the homeowner. Mr. Jankowski <br />stated the homeowner is in violation of the ordinance. Ms. Frolik explained he was cutting into the bluff <br />line. Commissioner Deemer stated that the bluffline appeared to be cut down eight feet. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen asked for clarification on what was expected for the next meeting regarding the <br />proposed ordinance to amend Chapte~ 9 of Ramsey City Code. Chairperson Bawden stated they <br />were looking for some alternative solutions to the issues. Commissioner Holland stated they needed <br />specific language in writing. Chairperson Bawden added to state if the current language was satisfactory. <br />Commissioner Deemer suggested that this topic be item #1 on the August agenda to accommodate the <br />citizens that appear. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that the <br />Proposed Ordinance to Amend Chapte~t)9 of Ramsey City Code Regarding Parking and Storing <br />Vehicles and Equipment in the Residential Districts be item #1 on the August agenda of the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, Jensen, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Thorud.
