Motion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to amend gl 8 to indicate that <br />the use will be served adequately by public facilities. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Thorud, Jensen, Deemer, LaDue, and <br />Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thomd and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to amend #19 to indicate that <br />the use will not create additional requirements at public cost and will not be detrimental to economic <br />welfare. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Thorud, Jensen, Deemer, LaDue, <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to amend #20 to indicate the <br />use will not involve activities that are detrimental to persons or property by production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Thorud, Jensen, Deemer, LaDue, <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer asked why the south property is not mentioned in fact #10. Ms. Frolik explained <br />that the property to the South is similar in size to Mr. Wetterlind's property and would be the same <br />situation. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer to amend the Findings of Fact with #21 stating the parcel on the south <br />is approximately the same in size to Mr. Wetterlind's lot. Motion died for lack ora second. <br /> <br />Brian Wetterlind, 16171 Llama Street N.W., stated that the parcel to the south is owned by the resident <br />to the east of his lot and there is no dwelling on that parcel. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend that City <br />Council approve the Findings of Fact as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Thorud, Deemer, Jensen, <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the proposed Resolution. <br /> <br />In reference to condition #1 of the pemfit, Commissioner Thorud asked if the house had regular siding so <br />the color could be changed.
