Ms. Frolik explained the lots are <br />being sold to a buyer that intends to construct a very large home in Northfork. The buyer is looking for <br />additional side yard space because the rear yard is restricted by the 75 foot buffer zone fi.om the Delaney <br />property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend approval of the <br />proposed replat. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
