Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer stated that the property is essentially residential currently. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to recommend the City Council <br />adopt the amended Findings of Fact and approve the request for rezoning. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for Sketch Plan Review of Northfork Oaks 3rd Addition; Case of North <br />Fork, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik explained that North Fork, Inc. is requesting a minor subdivision to <br />replat Lots 4 and 5 of Block 2 in Northfork Oaks Addition into one lot. Ms. Frolik explained the lots are <br />being sold to a buyer that intends to construct a very large home in Northfork. The buyer is looking for <br />additional side yard space because the rear yard is restricted by the 75 foot buffer zone fi.om the Delaney <br />property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend approval of the <br />proposed replat. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Jensen, Terry, and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None.
