Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to add ~t20 to state that <br />the applicant has agreed to move their plan 60 feet from the north property line. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the Findings of Fact as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the proposed Resolution for the Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that the <br />City Council approve the request for a conditional use permit and adopt a resolution declaring terms <br />of the same. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. <br /> <br />Case #9: <br /> <br />Review Proposed Revisions to Draft Ordinance to Establish Regulations for <br />Parking and Storing Commercial and Private Use Vehicles and Equipment in <br />the Residential Districts <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik explained that the City Council indicated that if this case cannot <br />be worked through to their satisfaction, they are proposing a workshop be held. Chairperson Bawden <br />stated that he thought a workshop was necessary. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to hold a workshop with <br />City Council in September regarding this case. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Terry pointed out that there would be a joint meeting with City <br />Council in October. Ms. Frolik explained that there would be time constraints due to the regular <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen asked if the workshop would be open to the public. Ms. Frolik replied <br />affirmatively. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Jensen, Deemer, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
