Commissioner Deemer responded that excessive coverage is hurtful1 to <br />neighbors adding that some people would create excessive surfaces and/or structures which are too <br />much for the property to accommodate. This ordinance would provide a means for compromise <br />amongst neighbors. Mr. Tomaszewski wondered how much City resources would be used to enforce <br />the ordinance at hand, if passed. Chairperson Bawden and Commissioner Deemer responded as much <br />as possible within legal limits. Chairperson Bawden added decisions made need to be done in a <br />manner which is good for residents, overall. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
