Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Jensen directing staff to obtain <br />appropriate information for submission of such a request and report findings to the Commission <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen, Holland, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Burger King <br />Commissioner Deemer inquired about the status on construction of a proposed Burger King. The <br />Zoning Administrator responded placement of the business on the property is really tight which <br />has required additional property acquisition to the west. Plans to build the business are still slated <br />for 1997. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Commissioner Jensen noted a recent article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune which referred to <br />Anoka County and how revision of the Comprehensive Plan might affect the area. There are <br />consultants working on the Plan which is in the final text stages. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden expressed concern that minor changes in Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan <br />have taken so long to address. <br /> <br />Visual Aids Equipmen.
