The applicant agrees to grade the lot in accordance with the Certificate of Survey, <br />prepared by Charles F. Anderson and dated November 19, 1996. <br /> <br />The applicant agrees to establish turf over all disturbed area by seeding or sod before <br />June 1, 1997. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Berglund, purchaser of said lot, stated he believes only 400 yards--at most--were hauled <br />in versus the approximated 1500 cubic yards. Mr. Berglund talked about the fill depths throughout <br />the property and questioned their actuality, as he estimates the maximum depth to be two feet. He <br />suggested that Mr. Fred Tronson might confirm/refute this. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski responded that stated approximations are based on the site plan, adding a three to <br />four-foot depth is more reasonable. The City Engineer further clarified the grading and filling <br />ordinance's purpose. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Holland to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Terry, Holland, Deemer, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
