4) Fire Department Wages/Officers for 1996 <br /> <br />Administrative Services Manager Waite Sm/th stated that the Personnel Committee is <br />recommending approval of the 1996 Fire Department incident call increment pay at $7.20, <br />and officer stipends as follows: Chief ~ $1,200, Assistant Chief - $1,470, Captain (2) - <br />$735, Lieutenant (2) - $480, Training - $525, Secretary - $315. The Committee also <br />recommended the following officer assignments: Fire Chief o Dean Kapler, Assistant Fire <br />Chief- Tom Hoxter, Captain #11 - Steve Wilson, Captain #12 - Jim Sharp, Lieutenant <br />#1 - Dale McKusick, Lieutenant #2 ~ Bob Simpson, Training Officer - Chris Weiss, <br />Secretary - Kelly Hicks. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the <br />1996 Fire Department incident call increment pay at $7.20. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the <br />Fire Department Officer stipends as recommended. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to recommend <br />the 1996 Fire Department Officer assignments as recommended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin,. Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Approving Partial Payment to Barbarossa & <br />Sons, Inc. for Improvement Project #95-13 (Ramsey <br />Elementary School Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Extension) <br />and Improvement Project #95-14 (Municipal Sanitary Sewer <br />and Water Extension to Haubrich' Addition <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt <br />Resolution g96-01-008 approving partial payment to Barbarossa & Sons Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #95-13 (Ramsey Elementary School Sanitary Sewer and Watermain <br />Extension). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt <br />Resolution ~96-01-009 approving partial payment to Barbarossa & Sons Inc. for <br />Improvement Project g05-14 (Municipal Sanitary Sewer and Water Extension to Haubrich <br />Addition). <br /> <br />Motion carried.
