Public Hearing, <br /> <br />096-06: NW 1/4 of ~SE 1/4 of Section 15 - Ebony & Dolomite Streets <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained that the City anticipated including the adjacent streets of 157th, <br />158th and 159th. He recommended that this project be deleted to allow adding more streets for <br />next year. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Counci/member Beyer to delete <br />Improvement Project//96-06. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman.
