Mr. Jankowski replied that has been done. <br /> <br />Ms Hau§en inquired how much Mr. Hen~iksen's lawsuit will cost. With all the assessments, <br />etc., they will be forced to move out of the City - they will no longer be able to afford to live here. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public <br />heating. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public heating adjourned at 7:52 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:52 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin adjourned the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:52 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />096-11: SW 1/4 of Section 22, Peltzer Addition, Beaudry's 2nd Addition and <br />Unplatted <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:52 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained that these are two platted subdivisions and unplatted lots which <br />are adjacent. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman.
