Residents - yes - but Amber Ridge wasn't there back then. Councilmember Zimmerman - You should have a group spokesperson to City Council. Art Raudio - I would like to talk to the planner about things in this report before the public hearing on the 26th. Councilmember Peterson - On the access issue - what might seem the logical access. Denny Eyler - MnDOT would grant all entrance permits. Discussion ensued relating to permitted accesses. Cyrus Knutson - MnDOT would not do anything about the accesses if they are not a problem. The preferable thing is to have an understanding of what the basic access should be. There should be an understanding of what's approved, etc. Rick Foster ~ What's the point of going through the steps. What if all of a sudden, we do not agree. Discussion revolved around access permits. Cyrus Knutson - You have to have an access permit. We can discuss this with Bill. Rick Foster - You are talking about understanding - I have been through that step. Cyrus Knutson - to Rick Foster ~ we will talk about your property. Councilmember Peterson - We will be having a public hearing next Tuesday. Jon Olson - We have, for a number of years, had an access policy County wide. It's intended to prohibit these kinds of problems frOm occurring on county roads in Ramsey and throughout the County. I feel MnDOT would pretty much echo this. It tells what kind of access is desirable - where it's desirable, etc. Keep this in mind. Art Raudio - I appreciate everyone being here for the meeting. Thank you.
