Denny Eyler - For this type of roadway - 1/2 mile works best.

Art Raudio - In St. Cloud, every two to three blocks have signals.

Denny Eyler - The issue is fairness - the issue of right turn offs.

Rick Foster - Is adequate stacking distance okay?

Denny Eyler - In some cases, it could be okay if you do this for one property, you will be
approached by other property owners saying you did it for someone else. You can allow rights off
but it's an issue.

Art Raudio - you were with MnDOT when #10 was going through Big Lake?

Denny Eyler ~ That's messed up. They would like to by-pass it if possible.
compromise.

You have to have a

Art Raudio - When I was developing here, I was going through Big Lake.

Denny Eyler - There are three signals in 1/4 mile - that's pretty good access. 142nd - it's not a
street that goes through the entire City.

Art Raudio - The State of Minnesota is going along with crosswalks - cars stop.

Cyrus Knutson - A bill has been passed allowing a fine if a car does not stop but it has not gone
through the Senate.

Art Raudio - Striped crosswalk - when someone walks across 142nd, there will be a screech of
brakes on the crosswalk because of that you throw another iron in the fh'e.

Denny Eyler - It's further justification for signals.

Karyn Peters - The proposal to purchase property or turn our garage around, is that still being
thought about by the City?

Denny Eyler - Property will be purchased by the City. This problem of "S" curve on Sunwood Drive was not a project we were aware of.
If this document is approved, this will be added to the discussion. Once it's added, it would be
programmed in that six-year period.
