Neill Pratt, 6328 Riverdale Drive NW, Ramsey, stated what Council and staff is doing looks
good. However, he is concerned with car repair in resident's driveways, etc. The junk gets
thrown out, etc. They are running a business really - there's nothing here that stops that. Repairs
should be done in a garage - on their own vehicle.

Patrick, 14131 Krypton Street NW, Ramsey, stated there's new developments coming in and it's
creating more cars coming down the streets too fast. He pointed out there are children and/or pets
at every house in the neighborhood and for safety purposes, the traffic is moving too fast. He
wondered if there is a petition he could start against the fast cars coming from the new
developments.

Mayor Hardin commended Patrick for coming forward and suggested he review the situation with
Police Chief Mike Auspos.

APPROVE AGENDA

Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve the agenda
as presented.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson, Beahen and
Zimmerman.
