The people have animals and they wish to stay on that <br />property. They are requesting 180 day increments as opposed to the 90 day increments. Each time <br />staff would verify the progress being made. A deposit of $500 must be made into an escrow <br />account which guarantees the removal of the temporary structure from the property. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was that staff should draft a formal request and present it to the Council <br />for discussion as tt regular case on a subsequent agenda. <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) D.A.R.E.
