Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman and Beyer. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Beahen. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Approval of Liquor Licenses <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that the following applications for renewal for liquor licenses <br />have been received, processed, and deemed to be in order: <br /> <br />Off Sale Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor: <br />Oasis Market 14550 Armstrong Boulevard NW <br />Oasis Market 14001 St. Francis Boulevard NW <br /> <br />On Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />Super bowl, h'tc. 6720 - 138th Avenue NW <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve the license <br />renewals for the 1996-1997 license year. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberBeahen. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for Amendment to Emergency Temporary Structure Permit; <br />Case of Leonard Simon <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that at the last Council meeting, she reported a log home flue <br />and an application for a temporary emergency structure. Replacing the log home is expected to <br />take about 30 months and the request was for the pem'fit approval for 180 day increments as <br />opposed to the usual 90 day. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to direct the Zoning <br />Administrator to amend the Emergency Temporary Structure Pem-fit issued to Mr. Leonard Simon <br />to provide for 180 day extensions from City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: None.
