In addition, she inquired why <br />the provisions for the assessment appeal are being ignored. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder reviewed that Project #95-14 was petitioned for and initiated last <br />October for sewer, water, and paving improvements. He reviewed completion dates of the various <br />aspects and explained that as a result of the Charter amendment recently adopted, it is unclear as to <br />what assessments the City will realize to cover expenses of the project. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich asked the Council if he should prepare a response. <br /> <br />Consensus was reached to direct the City Attorney to prepare a formal response to the comments <br />submitted by Ms. Green. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin noted the addition of Consent Agenda Item 15, Resolution Calling for Public Hearing <br />on the Development Program for Development District No. 1 and Modification of the Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 6, and Case #9, Extension of McKinley <br />Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the agenda <br />as presented with the addition of Consent Agenda Item 15 and Case #9. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer, and <br />Zimmerman.
