Mayor Hardin noted that all is in order with the application. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />license application by Holm's Super Bowl, Inc. for an on-sale and Sunday sales intoxicating liquor <br />license for a term set to expire on June 30, 1997. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen, and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case/t2: Request for Final Plat Approval of Pondview; Case of Good Value Homes <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski advised that John Peterson of Good Value Homes is requesting final plat <br />approval of the first phase of Pondview, located in the northeast comer of the intersection of Industry <br />Avenue and Ramsey Boulevard. The residential plat consists of about 85 acres subdivided into <br />approximately 135 single family lots. He noted that Good Value Homes intends to final plat the first <br />46 lots at this time. Staff review of the plat found there needs to be modifications on the mylars to <br />make the drainage easements consistent. Staff.recommends approval with contingencies. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Resolution <br />#96-07~163 granting final plat approval to Pondview contingent upon compliance with City Staff <br />review letter dated June 18, 1996 and the Developer entering into a development agreement with the <br />City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer, and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case//3: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition; Case of Good <br />Value Homes <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski advised that John Peterson of Good Value Homes is requesting final plat <br />approval of Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition consisting of the final 44 residential lots approved under <br />the preliminary plat for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition which totals 73 lots. Staff.reviewed the plat, <br />noted no corrections, and recommends final plat approval with contingencies. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Resolution <br />#96-07-164 granting final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff review letter dated July 2, 1996 and the Developer entering into a development <br />agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
