Andries Hillebregt, 16926 Bison Street NW, Ramsey: Talked about the harassment that is
happening. He stated that Mr. Dusbabek is pounding on his son's car and following his daughter
around and has been coming onto their driveway, etc.

Randy Keyser, 16967 Bison Street NW, Ramsey: This goes back a long time. I have gotten
personal harassment from Mr. Dusbabek but didn't pay too much attention to it. But now that I'm
getting these petitions going, I am hearing different stories - stories of child endangerment, that the
kids are in the streets, etc., and when a car approaches them they do not even move. When Bison
Street was paved, it was then that the City wanted to pave all the streets. We wound up not having
our portion paved because Mr. Dusbabek said something about the increased traffic. I have
thousands of dollars of damage done to my property when the snow plow comes through, etc. I
wanted the road paved. One hundred percent of the people signed the petition to have the street
paved. He (Dusbabek) came and said there's traffic and the City decides maybe there is a traffic
issue and forgot about Bison getting paved. A lot of us drive down his street now out of spite.
Our road is not even maintained. What were City roads put in for. They are for cars to drive on -
what's he complaining about. Eight cars is not a problem. We are getting fed up with this. He
cries to Council about the traffic. He's threatened people - what will he do next.

Anita Lamey, 5840 - 160th Lane NW (formerly resided at 16926 Bison Street NW) Ramsey: This
is a City road - not his (Dusbabek) road only. I cannot get back to my old house to see my family
because of him.

John Anderley, 16917 Bison Street NW, Ramsey: I would like to get back to the original issue.
When the road was connected, it was done so in cooperation with the City and the school district.
The school district had determined it was a risk for the bus to go on that comer. He made mention
of a grove that obstructs vision - and the fact that now the grove is not cared for at all. The City
did not think this out very well. If a school bus got hit by a car, the City could be sued. You did
not think well about what you did. I cannot see how any of this has changed. There is still a
school bus going down that road. This connection was because of concerned parents, the City,
and the school district. I feel you made a hasty decision. If it's a harassment issue, that's what
you are elected for. You are not supposed to give in to harassment. Your responsibility is to make
a correct decision for the City regardless of the harassment you get.

Kathy Huber, 17061 Bison Street NW, Ramsey: What's the point of this. There was no
development across from us when we moved here; now there is. You deal with it. I have brought
up two kids; nothing ever happened to my kids. His (Dusbabek) kids are using that street for a
playground. That's an inconvenience to me - having the street shut off. Life goes on, there is
more traffic with more people; deal with it. It does not make sense to put in a street and take it out
again. It's made his (Dusbabek) life easier but that's it really.

Nadine Hogan, 17010 Zeolite Street NW, Ramsey: I go walking and I have almost gotten hit by a
car. I can tell by the number of cars whether that barrier is up or not and by the speed whether the
resident is from Bison or Zeolite. We are walking in the opposing traffic and we have still almost
gotten hit by a car. I go off the road completely and wait for you to go by. This does not only
happen on 171st, there is speeding on Zeolite. If you get to Zeolite and 169th, you cannot take that
curve at 30 miles per hour. My issue is to be respectful of the fact that people live on Zeolite. You
would have to live with it the rest of your life if you hit someone.

Rob Ollila, 7880 - 168th Lane NW, Ramsey: My concern is connection Bison. There is a daycare
on the comer and my concern is the speeding cars coming down that long street to my comer.
Was that road there when you moved into your house (to Dusbabek)?

Tim Dusbabek, 7821 - 171st Avenue NW, Ramsey: Yes.

Bison/171st Neighborhood Meeting/September 11, 1996
Page 2 of 8
