contacted about a road. However, the trailer park has expressed interest in the extension of
municipal services.

After a discussion concerning the appearance of Highway # 10 and when it may change, the EDC
suggested that Chairperson Wagner meet with the property owners along the section of service
road running from Sunfish Lake Boulevard to the Feldspar intersection.

Chairperson Wagner agreed and suggested that Mr. Gromberg set up the meetings with the
property owners. It was the consensus of the EDC to meet with the property owners individually
instead of an informational meeting that could lead to a lot of confusion. This would not
preclude the need for an informational meeting in the future. However, that meeting should be
conducted after the interest level of the properties along the roadway is determined.

Mr. Gromberg agreed to coordinate the meetings with Chairperson Wagner.

STAFF INPUT

Mr. Gromberg provided the EDC with copies of the proposed advertisements for the City-owned
business park and the AEC Energy Park. Mr. Gromberg pointed out that the new advertisements
use "Instant Equity" instead of "Free Land".

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Kent and seconded by Commissioner Roff to adjourn the meeting of
the Economic Development Commission.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Kent, Rohrer, and Roff.
Voting No: None.
