Case #3: Highway #10 Service Road.

Mr. Gromberg informed the EDC that Chairperson Wagner and he had been unable to arrange a
meeting with McKay's as they have not returned any phone calls.

Based upon this, the EDC decided that, weather permitting, they would tour the area for the
service road. Further, the consensus of the EDC was that they would review this matter at the
May meeting and not take any additional action at this time.

STAFF INPUT

Volunteer Appreciation Dinner: Mr. Gromberg informed the Commission of the upcoming
Volunteer Appreciation Day and that, if possible, they should try to attend this event. They
should be receiving a reservation call in the mail soon and a follow-up phone call. If any of the
EDC members have questions, they should contact Sue Matthews at Ramsey City Hall.

New Entrance Sign Update: Mr. Gromberg stated that he had talked to Ron Lemm about the
entrance signs and that they should be ready in approximately two weeks. The signs will then be
installed by the Public Works Department.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Kent and seconded by Commissioner Ullen to adjourn the meeting of
the Economic Development Commission.

Motion carried.
