Mr. Grabrick and American Family
Insurance have applied for a temporary dwelling moving permit to place a mobile home on
the subject property at 7731 - 172nd Lane N.W., Ramsey, while the home is being
repaired.

Upon inquiry, Mr. Grabrick indicated that the mobile home would be placed on the west
side of the house and will be connected to current well and septic services on the site. The
insurance company will undertake that expense and site restoration after the temporary
sewer and water lines are removed from the property. Mr. Grabrick also noted, for the
record, that the size of the mobile home is approximately 1,000 square feet.

Planning Commission/September 11, 1995
