ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, <br />August 4, 1994, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Kenneth Wagner <br />Commissioner David Kent <br />Commissioner Carolyn Nelson <br />Commissioner Allen Stafki <br />Commissioner Mary Ullen <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Mike Marquart <br />Commissioner Sam McGhee <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Steve Schwanke, RLK Associates <br />Jeff Smyser, RLK Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Wagner called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Stafki and seconded by Commissioner Ullen to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Ullen, Stafki, Nelson and <br />Kent. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Marquart and McGhee. <br /> <br />APPROVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Stafki and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the Economic <br />Development Commission meeting minutes dated June 9, 1994 and the Planning Commission/ <br />Economic Development Commission/City Council joint meeting minutes dated July 6, 1994. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Stafki, Ullen, Nelson and <br />Kent. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Marquart and McGhee. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Stafki and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to amend the July 20, <br />1994 Economic Development Commission meeting minutes reflecting that on the motion to adjourn <br />the meeting, Commissioners Nelson and Stafki had been previously excused at 8:05 and 8:15, <br />respectively, and therefore, should not have been shown as being in favor of the motion to <br />adjourn. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Stafki, Ullen, Nelson and <br />Kent. Voting No: None.
