<br />Councilmember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-10-201 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIX MONTH EXTENSION TO SUBMIT THE FINAL <br />PLAT FOR THE SUMMERSET MEADOWS SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Summerset Meadows, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is <br />requesting a third extension to submit a final plat for the Summerset Meadows subdivision on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlot A, Pine Shadows, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
