Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Jodi Ruehle, The Tinklenberg Group <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:02 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) RALF Program Update <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec introduced Jodi Ruehle of The Tinklenberg Group, who has been handling the <br />negotiations for the RALF properties. <br /> <br />Ms. Ruehle stated that there are a number of things coming to a close with some of these <br />properties that she would like to update the Council about. She stated that there are two <br />acquisitions on tonight's Council agenda, Clint Wilson's property and the Holiday Station. <br />She stated that there are a few things with the Clint Wilson property that they want MnDOT to <br />clarify.
