CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Charter Commission was scheduled to meet on Thursday, October 17, 1991 at 7:30 <br />p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Due to lack of a quorum, an informal discussion was held. <br /> <br /> Members Present: Chairman Bernard Steffen <br /> Commissioner John Goode <br /> Commissioner Rodney Nelson <br /> <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> <br /> Members Absent: Commissioner Dennis Donovan <br /> Commissioner Barbara Graen <br /> Commissioner Judy Marn <br /> Commissioner Richard Netzloff <br /> Commissioner Fred Stretar <br /> Commissioner Jay Swokowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Steffen called the Charter Commission meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Goode and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the minutes <br />of the Ramsey Charter Commission dated July 18, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Steffen, Commissioners Goode and Nelson. Voting No: <br />None.
