PLANNING AND ZONING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, July 16, <br />1991 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairman Gerald Zimmerman <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer (arrived at 7:46 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Deemer (arrived later). <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Site Plan Approval for a Maintenance Building at The <br /> Links Golf Course; Case of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik handed out Glenn Rehbein's revised site plan for a maintenance <br />building at The Links Golf Course which addressed some of the concerns of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski summarized his review letter. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer arrived at this time (7:46 p.m.). <br /> <br />Chairman Hendriksen questioned if this building constituted an accessory structure which would <br />create a situation of constructing the accessory su'ucture prior to the principal structure. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman and Commissioner Deemer stated in their opinion the maintenance building <br />would be a principal structure for the golf course use. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik noted that in the P.U.D. section of the City Code, no particular performance standards <br />are specified. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/July 16, 1991 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
