FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember Wise (arrived at 5:12 p.m.) <br />Also Present: Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Parks Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />IT Manager Dean Busch <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Look called the regulaz meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:03 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Mayor Ramsey, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Look, Councilmembers Elvig and Mayor Ramsey. <br />Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Approve Purchase of Replacement Copier and A/V Equipment for New <br />Conference Room <br />IT Manager Busch reviewed the staff report. <br />The Committee discussed the trade-in amount for the old copier and the maintenance agreement <br />cost. <br />Councilmember Wise arrived at 5:12 p.m. Mayor Ramsey left the meeting. <br />Finance Committee /July 13, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
