CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOEA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, April <br />25, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Sieber, Chairman <br />Mr. To~ Gamec <br />Mr. Tom Greenberg <br />Mr. John Lichter <br />Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper <br />Mr. Roger Buchanan <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Curt Titterud <br />Mr. Gary Heitman <br />Mr. Stan Data <br /> <br />CALL TQ ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Sieber called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CHARTER COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to <br />approve Charter Commission meeting minutes dated March 14, 1985. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Sieber, <br />Bauerkemper, Lichter and Buchanan. Voting No: <br />Heitman, Titterud and Data. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Proposed Amendment To Charter; <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to discuss that concern with the charter regarding <br />certain time frame requirements on public improvement projects that are 100% <br />assessed out. <br /> <br />Chairman Sieber stated that his opinion has not changed from the last Charter <br />meeting; he is reluctant to amend the charter without the public having some <br />input to the change. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec stated that the time frames imposed on the 100% assessed <br /> April 25, 1985 <br /> <br />Commissioners Gamec, Greenberg, <br />None.
