City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:35 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Amend City Funds Policy/Review Respective Fund Balances and Amend Excess <br />Revenue Transfer Policy <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. <br />Mayor Strommen clarified that this would be more of an emergency maintenance fund. She <br />noted she was not here for the original discussion, so she wanted to be clear that this is a <br />completely different use of this fund than it was. <br />Finance Director Lund replied in the affirmative. She explained there is no maintenance fund <br />that could be used for an emergency, except for the Parks Maintenance Fund.
