Public hlearing closed at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Regular Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Tom Gamec moved to approve thle minutes of August 2nd as mailed. Seconded by <br />Ron West. <br /> Motion carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Tom Gamec made a motion to approve the minutes of August 18th subject to the <br />following correction: Motionlon Greenberg variance was made by Brad Bodle and <br />seconded by Tom Gamec. Seconded by Gerald Zimmerman and Carried 5 to O. <br /> <br />Item 1. Plat of Forest Hideaway. Change on this plat from the sketch plan <br />was that the Park Department bt their last meeting, August 19th, wanted Lot <br />4, Block I instead of Lot 5, Block i for park land as shown on the old preliminary <br />plat. ~ <br /> <br />Motion by Tom Gamec to approv~ the preliminary plat of Forest Hideaway subject <br />to: 1. Park land be changed! to Lot 1, Block 5, (as shown on new preliminary <br />plat) and meet the required a~reage of 2.8 acres as recommended by the Park <br />Board. 2. That the cul de ~ac on 159th Av6nue be moved to the east boundary of <br />the plat. 3. That 160th Avehue N.W. be completed as.to City road standards. <br />4. That a resubdivision planlbe prepared before final'plat approval. Seconded <br />by Gerald Zimmerman. C~rried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat of High Point. <br /> <br />Item 2. <br />plan of High Point. <br /> <br />Park Board at their August 19th meeting, decided to accept money instead of land <br />donation on this plat. The mbmbers of the Planning and Zoning Commission generally <br />agreed to accept money rather!than land. <br /> <br />Members also acknowledge thatlXenon Street in its present location is acceptable <br />with screenings planted on the rear lot line of the lots abutting County Road 57. <br />Also that Zirconium Street N.'~. which is too long because of the cul de sac is <br />alright. <br /> <br />Dick Cherrier, surveyor, presented the sketch <br /> <br />Also that Lots 10 and 11, Blo <br />form bigger sized lots. <br /> <br />',k 2 and Lots 19 and 20, Block 2 be combined to <br /> <br /> <br />
