Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-10-268 RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION TO SUBMIT THE FINAL PLAT FOR LORD OF LIFE MINOR SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Lord of Life Church, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is requesting a one-year extension to submit a final plat for the Lord of Life minor subdivision on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: PARCEL A: Outlot B, Sunny Ponds, Anoka County, Minnesota. PARCEL B: That part of the East 220 feet of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of the center line of County Road No. 5 as the same is now laid out and traveled, and lying east and south of the plats of Sunny Ponds and Sunny Ponds 3rd Addition. PARCEL C: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as now laid out and traveled, said point of intersection being 234.97 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter; thence West on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 506.25 feet; thence North at right angles a distance of 466.70 feet; thence East (assumed bearing) on a line parallel to the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 436. 71 feet to the center line of State Trunk Highway 47; thence South 11 degrees 09 minutes East on said center line a distance of 251.38 feet; thence Southerly along said center line on a curve to the right having a radius of 1,145.92 feet and a central angle of 11 degrees 04 minutes 22 seconds a distance of 221.46 feet to the point of beginning; subject to an easement for highway purposes over the Easterly 33 feet thereof.
