During the
course of the project, staff determined that the update suggestions and proposed changes required
more expertise than what staff currently had. Staff received bids with references from Chandra
Kreyer, 15180 Barium Street NW and Rich Qual, kq Studios, P.O. Box 1044, Anoka. Both are
Ramsey residents. Staff presented the Committee with both quotes. The services would only be
for web page design and do not include Internet document storage and retrieval services similar
to those that were presented to the Council by GovDocs.com during a work session on January
16, 2001. Staff recommended that the City Council approve the bid as presented by Chandra
Kreyer to provide the City of Ramsey with Web Page design and maintenance services. Ms.
Kreyer's bid is competitive and represents the lowest quote.

Finance Committee/April 10, 2001
