Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RES~UTION 985-110 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. has applied for a Planned Unit <br />Development (P.U.D.) permit for a P.U.D. to be known as North- <br />fork, which P.U.D. is proposed to be located on the following <br />property located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Ail of Section 18 except the west 50 rods of the South- <br />west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter thereof and except <br />the west 18 rods of the South 70 rods of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter thereof; also Govern- <br />ment Lots 2 and 3 and that part of the West half of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the South- <br />west Quarter of Section 19 lying northeasterly of the <br />Northern Pacific Railroad Company right of way; also <br />Government Lot 1, the west half of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17; also <br />Government Lots 1 and 2 of Section 20, all in Township <br />32 North, Range 25 West; also Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 and <br />13, in Auditor's Subdivision No. 33, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; also that part of the East half of the North- <br />west Quarter of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25 lying <br />southwesterly of Great Northern Railroad Company right- <br />of-way. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said application is made pursuant to City Code <br />Chapter 170.014G, Planned Unit Develoi~nent; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met on <br />April 2, 1985 at which time it reviewed the P.U.D. application <br />and made a written recommendation to the City Council that the <br />preliminary developmentplanfor the P.U.D. be approved; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 23, 1985, the City Council held a public <br />hearing on the application for the P.U.D. and rezoning which <br />public hearing was properly published in the City's legal <br />newspaper on April 12, 1985; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met on <br />June 4, 1985 at which time it reviewed the revised P.U.D. <br />application and made a written recommendation to the City Council <br />that it was in substantial compliance with the plan it had given <br />preliminary approval to on April 2, 1985 and recommended to the <br />City Council that the revised planbe approved; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission adopted Findings <br />of Fact on the revised proposed P.U.D. on June 4, 1985; and <br /> Resolution #85-110 <br /> <br /> <br />
