Voting Yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Ippel, DeLuca, <br />Wagner, Rardin, Vevea and Kurak. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Muller and Fults. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner DeLuca and seconded by Commissioner Wagner to approve <br />regular Economic Development Commission meeting minutes dated June 11,1986 <br />with the following correction: <br /> <br />1. Page 5 - 2nd paragraph - Item (3) should read as follows: 'the City <br />needs some ordinances to require existing businesses to improve their <br />appearance upon sale or rental of their buildings.' <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Ippel Itated that he recalls there was also <br />discussion regarding a need for an ordinance that would require all businesses <br />July 9, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 1 of S <br />
