A P~CY And Process For <br /> Handling Reouests For Financial Assistance In The Deve~o_~e~t <br /> <br />Mayor Heitwan stated that in September Ramsey adopted a Tax Incr~ent Plan and <br />the first request for tax increment financing assistance was received free M&S <br />Develo~ent. Prior to taking action on the request, it was suggested that <br />Council and EDC meet to establish a policy for processing tax increment <br />financing requests. <br /> <br />Those present proceeded to review Anoka's policy and the proposed policy <br /> October 15, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
