BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 1995 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member Terry Hendriksen <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Board Member David Bawden <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Hendriksen and seconded by Board Member Holland to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Hendriksen, Holland, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Bawden. <br /> <br />APPROVE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Thorud and seconded by Board Member Holland to approve the <br />following minutes: <br /> <br />1) Board of Adjustment public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated March 17, 1994. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Thorud, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None.
