ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission (EDC) conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, March 9, 1995, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Kenneth Wagner <br />Commissioner Allen Stafki <br />Commissioner Mary Ullen <br />Commissioner Carolyn Nelson <br />Commissioner David Kent (arrived at 6:45 p.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Sam McGhee <br />Commissioner Mike Marquart <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Wagner called the regular meeting of the EDC to order at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ullen and seconded by Commissioner Stafki to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Stafki, Nelson and Ullen. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Kent, Marquart, and McGhee. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Stafki and seconded by Commissioner Ullen to approve the Economic <br />Development Commission meeting minutes dated February 2, 1995 after making the change on <br />page 5 regarding members present and who voted on meeting adjournment. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Stafki, Nelson and Ullen. <br />Voting No: None.
