PARK <br /> <br />AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, <br />April 13, 1995, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Ronald Hetland <br />Commissioner Todd Cook <br />Commissioner Teresa Henn <br />Commissioner David Osbom <br />Commissioner Michael Skinner <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Beth Asfahl - Excused <br />Commissioner Jill Johns - Excused <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Hefland called the regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission to <br />order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Skinner to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hetland, Commissioners Skinner, Cook, Henn <br />and Osborn. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Asfahl and Johns. <br /> <br />APPROVE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Skinner to approve the <br />following Park and Recreation Commission minutes: <br /> <br />1) Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated March 8, 1995 <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hetland, Commissioners Skinner, Cook, Henn <br />and Osbom. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Asfahl and Johns. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated that, relative to the comprehensive plan, the minutes <br />detail opposition to lines on the map as well as support for other parts of it.
