FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 22, <br />1994, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />Economic Development Coordinator James Gromberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at <br />6:02 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Update on Lawful Gambling Fund Improvement Program <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart stated that the Park and Recreation Commission approved a "Lawful <br />Gambling Fund Improvement Program" which determines how and how not to use the <br />dollars for park improvements. <br /> <br />No Commission action necessary. This case was presented for informational purposes <br />only. <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Twentieth Annual Tree Sale and Sixth Annual Environmental <br />Expo <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated that the annual tree sale/environmental expo will be <br />similar to that of years past. It is scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 1994, with six <br /> <br />Finance Committee/March 22, 1994 <br /> Page I of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
