Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: ~ Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a Private Kennel; case of <br /> · Jeanine Duff <br /> <br />Zoning Admi/aistrator Frolik stated the applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for a private <br />kennel to maihtain a maximum of ten dogs on her property at 16400 St. Francis Boulevard N.W. <br />She stated Jerry Schmidt presented himself at the public hearing in opposition to this request, but <br />has since met ~,ith the applicant and has advised City Staff he is no longer opposed. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposed Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />The consensug of the Planning and Zoning Commission was that Findings gl through #14 would <br />remain as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to amend Finding #15 <br />to read "That ~he proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing..." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None.
