Proposed 1993 General Fund Budget and Property Tax Levy <br /> <br />Financ~Off'wer Helling stated that the public hearing for the budget and tax levy is <br />scheduled fo~Monday,~ November 30, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. She summarized the information <br />she WO0rd b~ipresenting at the hearing. <br />Case #Ii ' Computer Equipment Replacement <br /> <br />Finance OffiCer Helling informed the Budget Committee that one of the Texas Instrument <br />931/VDi'"ter~ninals in the Finance Department stopped working. She stated this is not a <br />problemirlo~as there are unfilled staff positions, but since she hopes to fill these positions <br />soon, th ~kterOinal will have to be replaced. Mrs. Helling added that there are six Turbo <br />Mouses fc~r fife Apple network that have to be replaced also. <br />Motion D~' COuncilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to authorize <br />Staff to pgoc¢~xt with the purchases requested. <br /> . <br />Motion ~arri~.
