Admi. r~.~istra!0r Schroeder stated he hoped all the questions and concerns were answered <br />sausfactonly, m thee memo he sent out. <br /> <br />Councilmembcr l~eterson asked if there were any comments or concerns from the exempt people in <br />the audience. <br /> <br />City Engin~r Ja~kowski stated he has a concern with the method of scoring for performance <br />reviews. H~'felt~, the Committee should read over the reviews, rate them from 1 to 10 and then <br />divide the d~llars~up. <br /> <br />City Admin~trat,°r Schroeder stated it was directed that a system be recommended to deal with bias <br />of perform~nce ~valuation. He stated he has a couple of thoughts regarding that; however, it <br />would be e~sierlto discuss in 1992 for implementation in 1993. He felt you have to start <br />somewhere and it is appropriate to start with this system· <br /> <br />Police Chief Aug. pos stated that as far as in concept, he is somewhat in favor of the plan but the <br />performanc~ evaluation being used is so faulted he is hesitant to see it used for 1992 and suggested <br />maybe waiting u~t'til a more meaningful performance system is in place.
