<br />.;J> <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAI.:POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Monday, January 5, 2009, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met in the Mississippi <br />River Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Michael Max <br />Ex-Officio Member Joe McDilda <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Board Member Bob Sibilski (left meeting at 7:45 p.m.) <br />Board Member Thomas Stodola <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />City Councilmember Colin McGlone <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Max called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone advised that he was newly elected to the City Council and was <br />attending the meeting to find out a little more about the EPB. He looked forward to attending <br />future Board meetings as well. The Board Members explained a little about the history of the <br />EPB. <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Max was glad to see that the new Councilmember was in attendance at the <br />meeting and thought it was great to establish a new line of communication with the Council. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Sibilski and seconded by Board Member Freeburg to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Acting Chairperson Max, Board Member Bentz, Freeburg, Sibilski <br />and Stodola. Voting No: None. Abstaining: Ex-Officio Member McDilda. Absent: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Sibilski and seconded by Board Member Bentz to approve the regular <br />meeting minutes dated December 1, 2008. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Acting Chairperson Max, Board Member Bentz, Freeburg, Sibilski <br />and Stodola. Voting No: None. Abstaining: Ex-Officio Member McDilda.
