FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Also Present: Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Planning Manager Amber Miller <br />Management Intern Jessica Hendricks <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Look called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:12 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Look, Councilmembers Elvig and Wise. Voting No: <br />None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Nominate Chair and Vice-Chair for Finance Committee <br />Chairperson Look opened the floor for nominations for the position of 2010 Finance Committee <br />Chair. <br />Councilmember Elvig nominated Matt Look. Councilmember Wise seconded the nomination. <br />Chairperson Look called for additional nominations.
