_,+ LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION DECEMBER 21, 1995 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. ROLL CALL Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; Ben Ferguson, Coon Rapids; and John Weaver, Anoka. Also present was Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate; Jim Knutson, Deputy Treasurer; Mark Lobermeier, SEH; and Bob Weigert, Paramount Engineering & Design representing the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center. CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to approve the November 16,1995, regular meeting minutes, correcting Page 2, the spelling of Weaver and fulfil. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. TREASURER'S REPORT Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period ending November 30, 1995. Account balances for the period were: Checking, $52,868.61; less permit account balance of ($10,155.32), for a total available balance of $42,713.29. Knutson noted that $27,000 was budgeted for the Plan update but so far only $8,000 has been expended through October. Jankowski noted the original plan was to complete the Plan in January of 1996 but since BWSR will not review it until June of 1996, the schedule has fallen a little behind. Knutson explained that a revision to the 1995 budget can be made to accommodate this. Knutson noted that Ramsey Commons and Norway Pines have a negative permit account balance. Haas stated he will contact Obermeyer regarding the Norway Pines inspection fees. Jankowski stated he advised Ramsey Commons of the need to make a payment but perhaps the developer is waiting to balance his account with the City. Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the period ending November 30, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.
