• LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION DECEMBER 18,1997 CALL TO ORDER Chair Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. ROLL CALL Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; Ben Ferguson, Coon Rapids; and Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate Voting member absent was John Weaver, Anoka. Also present was J'un Knutson, Deputy Treasurer; Jody Haag, Andover Interim; Mat Moore, BWSR; Brian Gestoviak, Pioneer Engineering; Nick Eoloff and Jeff Perry, Anoka County Park Department. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES . Motion was made by Schultz, seconded by Ferguson, to approve the October 16, 1997 regular meeting minutes as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Schultz, to approve the November 20,1997 work session meeting minutes as submitted. Vote: 2 ayes, 0 nays, 2 present (Jankowski and Haas). FINANCE MATTERS Treasurer's Report -October and November Knutson presented the Treasurer's Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements and the Treasurer's Report for the period ending October 31, 1997. Account balances for the period were: Checking, $69,333,41; less permit account balance of ($10,687.67), for a total balance of $58,645.74. Knutson also presented the Treasurer's Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements and the Treasurer's Report for the period ending November 30, 1997. Account balances for the period were: Checking, $70,139,01; less permit account balance of ($10,586.49), for a total balance of $59,552.52. He noted that engineering costs are down from last year and administrative costs have been kept in line. Knutson advised that there are no permits with outstanding balances. Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Reports for the periods ending October 31, 1997 and November 30, 1997. Voter 4 ayes; 0 nays. Motion carried. _ _. .
